Dr. Bindl earned her doctorate degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where she studied Biology and Chemistry. While attending Palmer College, Dr. Bindl saw first-hand the highest level of technological advances in chiropractic care and she brings those advances with her to Bindl Chiropractic.
Her current training in chiropractic and physiotherapy techniques and protocols have helped hundreds of patients live a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Bindl is trained in a variety of chiropractic modalities, including: Graston, SOT, Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, impulse and activator techniques.
Dr. Bindl is dedicated to helping a wide array of patients with a passion for pediatrics, family and sports chiropractic. She incorporates the latest research in chiropractic and physiotherapy and is certified in Graston Technique. The Graston Technique is a soft-tissue mobilization procedure that is used to help muscle sprains or strains and repetitive-use injuries and is very beneficial to athletes of all ages. The Graston Technique also increases the range of motion of muscles while breaking up scar tissue and adhesions.
