| I went to see Dr. Bindl on the advice of a friend. I had to goals in mind: get some relief for a shoulder pain I had due to an accident, and to get treatment for my shin splints. She is the most thorough chiropractic doctor I've ever had (and I've had a lot). She takes time to really listen to you and then she actually crafts a plan to help you. | Being a doctor myself I am always interpreting the care I recieve. I could honestly say I could relax and let Dr. Bindl treat me without saying 'why are you doing this?' | I came to see Dr. Bindl for my low back pain that started after a fall. I had pain down my leg to my big toe and numbness in my big toe. I couldn't sleep at night and had to take pain pills. After 6 treatments of my low back with chiropractic and physical therapy my numbness and pain were gone. I went back to work and stopped my pain pills. I am now a regular maintenance patient. | Before I came to see Dr. Bindl I have had a history of headaches and poor sleep for the last 4 years. Dr. Bindl started chiropractic treatments on my neck and mid back and within about 2 weeks my headaches were gone and I was sleeping better.
